According to the Washington Post who has seen the autopsy report, Jeffrey Epstein had ‘multiple breaks in his neck bones,” including the hyoid bone, which is near men’s Adam’s apple. This is exactly the kind of break consistent with hanging…but it can always occur in strangulation.
Forensics can’t tell us if this was suicide or murder. Cue more conspiracy theories.
