Thrive Causemetics mission is “Bigger than Beauty,” and for every product purchased they donate to help communities thrive.
Founder/CEO Karissa Bodnar created Thrive Causemetics after losing her best friend to cancer, and it is still a cause she holds close and supports all year round.
For October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, THRIVE works with other partners on the 5 Under 40, whose mission is to provide funded medical, wellness, educational, and beauty services to women under the age of 40 who have been diagnosed with breast cancer or have a BRCA mutation.
Since 2021 Thrive Causemetics has given 2,000 products worth over $50,000 to the organization, and that number will continue to increase this year, especially with more customer purchases during October.
Besides being vegan, cruelty-free, and safe enough for cancer patients to use, Thrive Causemetics products are also free of carcinogens and other harmful ingredients that could put consumers at risk over time.
Here’s to companies doing good!
