‘WE FEED PEOPLE’, from director Ron Howard, opens with World Central Kitchen Chef  José Andrés delivering food after Hurricane Florence, and then in the next frame, cooking up huge caldrons of food in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake.

Where ever there is a disaster you’ll find the philanthropic chef orchestrating a huge food relief program.

That’s why Andres and his team with World Central Kitchen are in Poland right now feeding hungry Ukrainian refugees.

Oscar-winning Ron Howard sent a crew to document his incredible work and amusingly recounts that his own cameramen were soon drafted to stir pots and deliver food. He had to remind them to ‘pick up the camera sometimes.’

The film, a National Geographic production that begins streaming Friday on Disney+, is called ‘engaging and inspiring’ by people who have seen it. Mark your calendars for May 27th.
