On the stand Thursday, David Pecker (National Enquirer) revealed that the tacky tabloid had helped out more than just Trump by ‘killing’ stories for ‘favored’ stars such as Tiger Woods, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Mark Wahlberg.

According to Pecker’s testimony, they cut a deal with Tiger Woods to prevent certain photos from being published. Mark Wahlberg also reached an agreement not to splash photos of him having a fight with his wife across their pages.

Pecker volunteered that he also struck an agreement with Arnold Schwarzenegger to bury negative stories about him as he campaigned to be governor of California. In keeping the governor-to-be’s record clean, Pecker testified he dealt with “30 or 40” women who came forward with stories about Schwarzenegger.

Why would Pecker do this when the ‘inside’ photos and stories would have sold thousands of copies of the National Enquirer? One past staffer said that the Chairman was a ‘S— Fucker,’ and wanted to run in the same circles as some of the famous stars they covered.
