Director Rob Reiner sure doesn’t hold back. On Morning Joe this morning he let loose on Donald Trump, calling him a ‘lunatic’ and suggesting that some of his supporters are ‘racist.’
‘There are a lot of people who are racist,’ the director said live.
Host Joe Scarborough immediately stuttered , ‘Oh my God, did you just say that?’
The impassioned director ended the show with advice for the American people:
‘My message to the Democrats is very simple: First of all, No. 1, Hillary is the most qualified person to be president in my lifetime and I’m pretty damn old,’ Reiner said.
