Georgia is already deep into a criminal investigation over Trump’s call with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger when he basically ordered him to ‘find 11,780 votes,’ and now the DC think-tank ‘The Brookings Institue ‘ has recommended Trump and his allies, which include Rudy Giuliani, be charged with ‘solicitation to commit election fraud, and intentional interference with performance of election duties.’

In the blockbuster report, they conclude:

‘…the Georgia electoral process and vote count was subjected to sustained assault’ by Trump and his allies as they attempted to ‘change the lawful outcome of the election.’

‘Stated simply, soliciting and then threatening senior state officials to alter the outcome of a presidential election does not fall within any reasoned conception of the scope of presidential power,’ the report also states.

As you’ll remember, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was threatened after the election after Trump riled up his base with false claims he won the State.
