Severe floods in Germany and Belgium have left scores dead and many missing and unaccounted for. Major rivers in both countries burst their banks after record rainfall.
Soldiers are already on the ground rescuing people and all schools are closed.
The Belgian city of Liège has urged all residents to leave as more rainfall is expected.
A state of emergency has been declared in parts of Germany.
