After McDonald’s closed up operations in Russia, selling more than 800 locations to Russian businessman Alexander Govor, he rebranded and opened some of the locations, calling it
“Vkusno i Tochka”, which roughly translates as “Tasty and that’s it”.

But will it taste the same?

“Our goal is that our guests do not notice a difference either in quality or ambiance,” said Oleg Paroyev, CEO of Vkusno i Tochka.

The outlet sported a slogan reading: “The name changes, love stays.”

But don’t expect a ‘Big Mac’ – the name and probably some proprietary ingredients — are owned by McDonald’s.
