Along with all the other charges he is faced with, Rep. George Santos was just charged with stealing the identities of some of his donors and racking up tens of thousands of dollars on their credit cards.

“As alleged, Santos is charged with stealing people’s identities and making charges on his own donors’ credit cards without their authorization, lying to the FEC and, by extension, the public about the financial state of his campaign,” US Attorney Breon Peace said in a statement Tuesday.

“Santos falsely inflated the campaign’s reported receipts with non-existent loans and contributions that were either fabricated or stolen.”

It is estimated that Santos charged more than $44,000 to his campaign by using other people’s credit cards without their authorization.

This is on top of the other 13 counts he faces, including seven counts of wire fraud, three counts of money laundering, one count of theft of public funds, and two counts of making materially false statements to the House of Representatives.

Following the new indictment Tuesday, the Republican lawmaker said once again that he won’t resign from Congress.

What will it take?
