New York City subway shooting survivor Hourari Benkada survived the shooting in the NYC subway and actually sat next to the shooter at some point. He spoke to CNN’s John Berman from his hospital bed, describing what happened.
10 people were shot and at least 29 people were treated at nearby hospitals for injuries (none of which were life-threatening.)
