Friday the G.O.P. declared the Jan. 6 attack ‘Legitimate Political Discourse’ and used the opportunity to formally censure Representatives Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger for going against the party line by condemning the attack on the Capitol and working with the Jan.6 Committee.
First, the Republicans tried denying the riot, then they shifted to downplaying it and now they’re calling it ‘legitimate political discourse?’
Never mind that NINE people died, more than 150 officers were injured and elected officials were in danger of their lives.
