Unlike the President’s trip earlier this week, where he touted law and order and didn’t even mention the shooting in the back of an unarmed black man, the Biden’s flew to Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Thursday to met privately with members of Jacob Blake’s family at the airport. No photographs, no pomp and circumstance. Biden also revealed he has spoken with Jacob Blake who is finally out of the ICU but may be paralyzed for life. Jacob’s mother and their lawyer Ben Crump joined the meeting by phone.

‘He talked about how nothing was going to defeat him. Whether he walked again or not, he was not going to give up,’ Biden said in Kenosha.

‘The family was grateful for the meeting and was very impressed that the Bidens were so engaged and willing to really listen,’ Crump reported.

‘It was very obvious that Vice President Biden cared as he extended to Jacob Jr. a sense of humanity, treating him as a person worthy of consideration and prayer,’ the lawyer added.

In an attempt at healing, Biden then met Community leaders at a church. Because that’s what a real leader does.
