The White House announced that the  U.S. will ease travel restrictions for international visitors who are vaccinated starting in November.

Noncitizens visiting the United States will have to show proof of vaccination and a negative Covid test taken within three days of departure, however.

As you’ll remember, Europe and British officials had lifted entry bans for the U.S. and other visitors in the Spring when vaccines were plentiful but the Biden administration had kept US borders locked.

The travel industry, especially the airlines, are thrilled with this news, coming as it does right before the holiday season.
