Thursday a judge refused to let Trump’s attorneys get the hush-money for Stormy Daniels case dismissed, instead setting a trial date for March 25.

In response,  Trump insisted ‘there is no case’ and said New York should be focusing on violent crimes and the surge of migrants rather than ‘made up crimes’.

He then slammed the city, calling it ‘dirty’ and ‘crime-ridden’, and claimed that President Biden targeting him because he is ahead in the polls.

Bizarrely, he maintained there is ‘no crime even if I am guilty.’

Giving an insight into his long-term plan, Trump told reporters before entering the court, ‘We want delays, obviously. I’m running for election again.’

Trump has hinted that if he wins the presidency he could just pardon himself for his crimes.

He also holds the dubious honor of being the first former president to stand in a criminal trial when he faces the jury accused of paying the adult film star $130,000 to keep quiet about their alleged affair before the 2016 election.

The trial starts March 25.
