The Impeachment vote happens today at 4 pm and in a surprise announcement, Mitt Romney announced that he will break with his party to vote to convict the President.
Saying simply, ‘The case was made,’ Romney explained that Trump was guilty of abuse of power.
He added Trump was “guilty of an appalling abuse of public trust.”
Sadly, this will not alter the outcome of the Senate’s vote today, where they are expected to acquit the President.
