For the Golden Globes, the chef at the Beverly Hilton, Alberico Nunziata has prepared a suitable lavish meal for an intimate group of 1,3000, though anyone who’s nominated usually just pecks at their food and the rest of the sometimes rowdy crowd seems more interested in the champagne (Moet, if you were wondering.)
What’s interesting is the staff that it takes to pull off this dinner : 11 chefs, 120 culinary staff, 50 bartenders, 160 stewards and 250 servers .
