Why is President Trump banning Dr. Fauci, the government’s expert on the Coronavirus, from testifying before the House?
On Tuesday, Trump said it’s because the House is all ‘Trump-haters,’ and they ‘don’t want us to succeed’ in the battle against COVID.
Strange, because just last week the White House said last week Fauci was ‘too busy’ to testify.
In his response to a reporter, Trump complained :
‘Because the House is a setup. The House is a bunch of Trump-haters. They put every Trump-hater on the committee. The same old stuff. They frankly want our situation to be unsuccessful, which means death. Which means death. And our situation’s going to be very successful.’
Once again, Trump is putting politics — and himself — above the needs of all U.S. citizens.
