Trump Kicked Off Colorado Ballot.

Tuesday the Colorado Supreme Court made history when the court ruled that Trump isn’t an ‘eligible Presidential candidate’ because — wait for it — he ‘engaged in insurrection.’

That’s the 14th amendment ‘insurrectionist ban’ they’re referring to as it relates to the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021.

It has only been applied twice since 1919.

Trump’s office said that it will ‘swiftly file an appeal.’
