Prosecutors in Trump’s hush money criminal trial have accused him of violating a gag order SEVEN more times and asked that the court find him in contempt.

Despite the judge’s gag order, Trump continued to whine on his Truth Social account and in articles posted on the official campaign site. In his posts, he attacked Michael Cohen, who is taking the stand against him, the DA, and the court staff.

Prosecutors have asked the judge to hold Trump in contempt and sanction Trump $1,000 for each alleged violation.

Lead prosecutor Chris Conroy wrote in the Thursday filing, “Defendant’s decision to specifically target individuals whom this Court’s order protects is a deliberate flouting of this Court’s directives.”

In response, Judge Juan Merchan said he would decide on the request at a hearing on Tuesday.

Remember, this is not the first time Trump has been fined for violating a gag order.  In New York Judge Arthur Engoron’s civil fraud trial, he was fined twice for his dangerous social media threats.

meanwhile, Trump railed against the gag order after the court, in typical fashion,

“He is running rough shod over my lawyers and legal team,” Trump wrote. “I want to speak, or at least be able to respond. Election Interference! RIGGED, UNCONSTITUTIONAL TRIAL! Take off the Gag Order!!!”
