Weeks before the music festival to celebrate Woodstock 50 years on is supposed to take place, two more headliners have backed out. Jay-Z and John Fogerty just announced they’ll take a pass. Jay-Z was scheduled to close the music festival.

Amind permit issues, investor dropouts, artist cancellations and having to move the festival to Maryland, many are wondering if Woodstock 50 will even happen. ( The organizers couldn’t get a permit for the original venue, Watkins Glen.)

One of the organizers told the New York Times: ‘If the bands come, we’ll produce the show. We’re looking forward to getting an update as soon as Woodstock 50 has one.’

Reportedly, organizers plan to charge around $130 to $595 for one-day passes to the event.
