The Trump fraud trial has barely started and already the former President has annoyed the Judge in the case.

After Trump gave what amounted to whining in reply to questions — at some point saying that the court actually undervalued his assets — an exasperated Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron snapped,

“Mr. Kise, can you control your client? This is not a political rally.”

“I have asked the witness several times to answer the question,” Engoron said.

“We’ll be here all day” if Trump continues at this pace, the judge said.

As Trump started to testify, Justice Arthur Engoron told him to be more “responsive” — and to cut out the “speeches. This is not a political rally.’

At one point, Trump made a mocking face and squinted at the judge, saying Engoron “always rules against me.”

“You can attack me or do whatever you want, but just answer the questions,” the judge snapped back.

When taking a short break, Trump was cautioned against speaking to the press. Trump made a gesture zipping his lips when he left the courtroom.

We’re taking bets on how long Trump can keep it zipped.
