After an uproar, Good Morning America ‘presenter’ Lara Spencer apologized for her comments mocking Prince George taking ballet lessons.
Here’s how it went down:
‘The future king of England will be putting down the Playdoh to take on Religious Studies, computer programming poetry and ballet among other things,’ said the host, giggling. She added ‘Prince William says George absolutely loves ballet, I have news for you Prince William – we’ll see how long that lasts.’
And it wasn’t just the British who took offense but many parents here Stateside.
Quickly, Spencer apologized.
