Poor Richard Barnett, the Capitol rioter who thought it would be fun to take a photo at Nancy Pelosi’s desk with his feet up.

Arrested less than a week after the storming of the Capitol he has been held in jail since that time. Like other Trump supporters, he pleaded with the then-President for a pardon…which never came.

Deemed a flight risk after he drove back to Arkansas, boasted of turning off his phone’s location services, using only cash and keeping his face covered, he also bragged that the agents may not find much at his house because he is a smart man,” prosecutors said.

It didn’t help his case that he was photographed with a 950,000-volt stun gun.

Now he’s complaining that it’s ‘not fair’ that he’s been kept in jail.

“The government keeps dragging this out and letting everybody else out,” Barnett argued before the judge at the virtual hearing.

“This has been a bunch of crap,” Barnett yelled before the recess.

Now ‘Bigo’ — his nickname — has been charged with seven counts, including disorderly conduct, obstruction of an official proceeding, and theft of government property (he stole Nancy Pelosi’s mail.)

Oh, and he also boasted of leaving Nancy Pelosi a “nasty note” as well, using an expletive to refer to Pelosi.

Only the best MAGA rioters.
