After Attorney General Bill Barr announced publicity earlier this month that there had been ‘no widespread evidence of fraudulent voting’ the clock was ticking. How long before Trump fired him?
Barr beat him to the punch by announcing his resignation Monday, highly unusual at this point in any administration.
But in a concession to Trump, Barr announced his exit with praise for his former boss. The Washington Post called it ‘his bootlicking letter of resignation.’ Wonder how Barr’s loyalty to Trump will play down the road?
