Vigil for victims of terror attack in London.
After the London Bridge attack, a Frenchman by the name Xavier Thomas has been missing. Now London police say that the body they recovered from the River Thames may be the missing tourist. That makes Xavier the eighth person killed in the van and knife attack Saturday. Witnesses suggested he might have been knocked into the river by the speeding van.
In a statement, police said the death toll had risen to eight, with 50 wounded.
