All of the Thai soccer team and their coach have been rescued from the cave after nearly three weeks underground. The huge international rescue effort was elated to break the news today, as the last of the boys were airlifted to a local hospital.

Beating the monsoon rains which threatened to flood the cave, the three-day operation was complicated but ultimately successful.
A small number of Navy SEALs —  including a doctor who stayed with the team for a week after their discovery — remain in the cave system and are expected to emerge soon.
“Waiting for four more Thai Navy SEALs (to come out of the cave) who have been accompanying the kids. Please send your support to them,” says a post on their official Facebook site.

Jubilant parents get news that their boy is safe.
