Yes, that is an assault weapon the St. Louis man is pointing threateningly at peaceful protestors. A St. Louis couple (both lawyers) aimed their guns at peaceful protestors in their upscale neighborhood as the protestors made their way to the Mayor’s house down the road.
To get into the gated community where the McCloskeys live, they had pushed down the gate en route to the Mayor’s house where they planned to protest.
Ironically, one of the protestors was wearing a t-shirt that reads, ‘Hands up, don’t shoot’. Only in America, folks.
