A barber in upstate New York barber decided he would open his shop — defying lockdown orders — and has now tested positive for COVID-19.
Now the country health commissioner is warning anyone who received a haircut at his shop that they may be infected.
“We are taking extraordinary measures to try and minimize the spread of this dangerous disease and learning that a barbershop has been operating illicitly for weeks with a COVID-19 positive employee is extraordinarily disheartening,” Ulster County Health Commissioner.
