Bruce Springsteen has been forced to postpone the rest of his 2023 tour after suffering from Peptic ulcer disease and resulting surgery. The 74-year-old had previously canceled shows in August and September due to this health issue.
Peptic ulcer disease is defined as ‘open sores or ulcers in the stomach or small intestine.’
14 shows in the US and Canada have been postponed — all the way until December 12.
