Chief Justice Roberts curtly admitted the leaked Supreme Court opinion on abortion rights was legit Tuesday morning. In response, President Biden warned that it was a ‘radical decision’ that would threaten “a whole range of rights and the idea we’re letting the states make those decisions, localities, this would be a fundamental shift in what we’ve done.”
Biden specifically said he was worried about challenges to contraception and same-sex marriage rights.
He added that he hoped there wouldn’t be enough votes for it to pass.
Given that the court is controlled by six conservative judges, there is little chance of Roe v.Wade holding.
