The Kremlin is in an uproar after President Biden called Putin a ‘killer,’ when asked by interviewer George Stephanopoulos if he thought the Russian President was ‘a a killer’ and he answered in the affirmative. Biden was on the ABC show to respond to the reports that Russia meddled in the 2020 election, with the aim of getting Trump elected again.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov angrily told reporters on Thursday that “there hasn’t been anything like this in history.”

He added that Biden “definitely does not want to improve relations” with Russia and that the relationship between the two countries is “very bad.” When asked how it can affect relations, Peskov said “it is absolutely clear how,” but refused to elaborate.
Meanwhile, Putin responded later in the day saying he wished Biden ‘good health.’

‘What would I answer him? I would tell him: be healthy,” Putin said. “I wish him good health. I say this without irony, no jokes. This is first of all.”

Considering Russia’s response to enemies is to poison them, this may be a thinly veiled threat.
