While it undermines his theory that the President is behind his legal troubles and has ‘politicized’ his trials, it seems to have had almost no effect on his die-hard MAGA fans but could sway undecided voters.
“It pulls the rug out from under that Republican argument that the justice system is rigged against Republicans to get Trump … a Biden did not get a pass,” said one legal pundit.
