In an attempt to hide his tax returns, the President’s legal team had blocked his accounting firm from releasing years of past returns to the Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance Jr. who is investigating payments to Stormy Daniels. Monday a federal judge ruled against Trump.
Infamously, the President’s legal eagles have all along maintained that Trump is immune from prosecution while holding office…even he was to ‘shoot someone.’
This is far from the end of Tax Gate as Trump will certainly appeal and send the case to the Supreme Court.
