In this sweet Disney film, Reflect,’ the heroine is a beautiful plus-size girl who wants to be a dancer. At first, she dances with joy until other students start to enter the class, and she becomes self-conscious about her body.

But as she begins to dance, she overcomes her fears and dances as if no one is watching. It’s a wonderful message about body positivity and self-image.

Director  Hillary Bradfield, a Disney Animation story artist who’s behind ‘Frozen 2’ and other popular titles, said she wanted to tell this story because, “I feel like I’m a very body-positive person in principle. But when it’s on a personal level, it’s a lot harder to be body positive.
