Instagram is a great way to connect with your favorite celebrity. You can see what they’re up to, where they’re going, and even get a sneak peek of their latest project. But what do you do if you want to keep that video offline?

If you’re like me, then you probably enjoy following your favorite celebrities on Instagram. However, sometimes you might not have time to watch their entire video post. Here’s how to save Instagram videos from your favorite celebrity.

Record Your Screen

When it comes to saving videos from Instagram, you have quite a few options to choose from. One of the simplest methods of saving an Instagram video is to simply record your screen. IOS users, this process is relatively simple. All you’d need to do is get to your Control Center, press the record button, begin recording, record the video, and open up the Control Center to stop the video once done.

For Android users, this process isn’t as simple. You’ll need a third-party app to record your screens, such as YouTube Gaming or AZ Recorder. It’s important to keep in mind that with most third-party apps there will be a watermark somewhere on the video, however, if you are just recording your favorite celebrities’ videos to watch later, this shouldn’t be too much of a problem.

Video Saving App

Perhaps one of the easiest ways for you to save Instagram videos directly to your phone is by using a video saving app or an Instagram downloader. Why would you want to use a video-saving app? Since most of these directly interface with Instagram, making it extremely easy to download videos on the go without too much hassle.

The good news is that there are a plethora of various video-saving apps. What you will need to do before downloading one, however, is to ensure that they are compatible with your operating system. You also need to ensure that these video-saving apps don’t require your phone to be rooted, which can be quite a rather complicated procedure.

Web Downloaders

The next way that you could save Instagram videos directly to your phone is by using something called a web downloader. Using a web downloader is a little bit more convenient when using a computer compared to a smartphone, but this doesn’t mean that it can’t be done. If you have ever downloaded videos from YouTube, the process is very similar.

All you need to do is get the link of the video from Instagram pasted into the URL bar of the web downloader, click convert and download and wait for the download to finish. It’s important to keep in mind that you need the permission of the original uploader before you re-upload any videos that you have downloaded.

Save to Collection

Another way that you can save Instagram videos to watch later is by saving Instagram posts to your Collections. The great thing about this method is that you don’t need any third-party apps, and everything can be done on Instagram.

To save the video or post to your collection all you need to do is click on the save icon that is below the post to the bottom right. More than this, you can even create various collections that you can save things too, such as the different celebrities that you are following. There are two things that you should keep in mind when using this method; you can’t repost saved posts, and the video might be unavailable if the original poster removes it from their feed.

Save Your Videos

Finally, the last way that you can save videos on Instagram is by saving your videos. There are two ways in which you can save your own Instagram videos. The first method is after you have recorded your video. You can click the download button which can be found directly in the middle at the top of the screen.

The second way that you can download Instagram videos that you have created is by viewing your Story, clicking the three dots for more, and then clicking save video, which will then go directly to your phone
