In the summer, we dream about spritzes—and nothing beats the classic Aperol Spritz—or so we thought. We recently tried using Amante 1530, an Italian Liqueur that is lighter and tastier than traditional bitters. Yes, there’s still the ‘bite’ but also a full flavor profile, which adds depth to any drink.

Crafted at one of the oldest and most prestigious distilleries in Rome, Amante 1530, you can substitute it for Aperol OR Campari for a lighter Negroni, just to name of few. Or just add some fizzy water to a splash of Amante, throw in a lime peel, and you’ll feel like you’re vacationing on the Italian Riviera.
