Overnight, Baltimore’s Key Bridge collapsed after being struck by a cargo ship. Video shows the ship losing power shortly before the crash.

Governor Wes Moore declared a State of Emergency Tuesday morning as rescue crews try and find at least five vehicles that fell into the water, as well as six construction workers who were fixing potholes on the bridge when it collapsed.

Thankfully, the local crew that had taken over piloting the ship into the harbor was able to send out a Mayday which likely saved lives.
