The traditional race by cafe waiters through the streets of Paris, which is a 100-year-old tradition took place Sunday in the City of Lights. Over 100 Parisian waiters on Sunday raced over a mile while carrying a tray of coffee, water and a croissant.

They can’t spill anything so their trays are inspected upon crossing the finish line.

There is something so wonderfully Gallic about this tradition.
