A federal judge ordered Trump’s ex-personal lawyer Michael Cohen immediately freed from prison in New York Thursday morning, just two weeks after he had been sent back behind bars.

The judge in the case, Alvin Hellerstein, argued that putting Cohen back in prison was a ‘retaliatory’ move by AG Bill Barr because the ex-lawyer has planned to write a tell-all about Trump. Oh, and a breach of his First Amendment rights.

Hinting about his explosive memoir, Cohen has tweeted that it will go into  ‘graphic details’ about Trump’s behavior ‘behind closed doors’ and reveal how he used ‘anti-Semitic remarks’ and ‘racist remarks’ against Barack Obama and Nelson Mandela.

This is another failure by the Trump administration to block a book about Trump after they tried to stop the publication of John Bolton and Trump’s niece Mary Trump missives.
