2 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz FRESH lemon juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio)
1 egg white

Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple and egg white in a shaker (without ice) and shake well for nearly 20 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 15-20 seconds. Double strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Dash bitters on top of cocktail and enjoy!
