The story so far:

Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman was listening in on Trump’s now-infamous call with the President of Ukraine and was so concerned that the call ‘could undermine U.S. national security that he alerted senior officials.

‘I did not think it was proper to demand that a foreign government investigate a U.S. citizen, and I was worried about the implications,’ he said.

Some of the omissions he reported are major, such as Trump’s claim that there were recordings of former Vice President Joe Biden discussing Ukraine corruption.’

This is critical since it’s now just not about Trump’s withholding aid to Ukraine until they promised an investigation into a political rival —   a quid pro quo for military aid which could be an impeachable offense —  but also about a coverup.

Didn’t they learn anything from Water Gate?
