Troves of Presidential records have been located at Trump’s Florida home and are on their way back to the National Archives.
Trump ignored the Presidential Records Act, which requires the preservation of ALL White House documents when he took boxes of records down to Mar-a-Largo. One Archives official said that the Act operates through more of a ‘gentlemen’s agreement.’
Trump maintains that the communications were personal ‘mementos’.’
