CNN anchor Chris Cuomo repeatedly told his bosses — and his audience — that he wasn’t helping his brother, former NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo in his sexual harassment case.
But after a trove of documents of text messages and transcripts revealed that the anchor had indeed worked closely with his brother’s staff and tried pumping other journalists for information, CNN had no choice but to suspend Cuomo.
CNN suspended the anchor “pending further evaluation.”
