The Washington Post declared this week that the biggest threat in the Coronavirus may be the President himself. As Trump downplays the virus — and encourages people to go to work even if they’re ill — the message to the American people is muddled.

And when Trump contradicts his own medical officials, you have a deep vein of people confused as to how dangerous this virus can be.

Just today, at a White House press conference, Trump boasted: “Because of all we’ve done, the risk to the American people remains very low.” He later said that one day, like a miracle, the virus “will disappear.”

“As we go forward . . . we have to dispel some of the misinformation that has been put out there,” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) told reporters Thursday, before listing misleading statements made by Trump.

Listen to the experts, folks!
