“We do a lot of these beautiful rallies, and it’s so great,” Trump boasted in Reading, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday. “We never have an empty seat, never have, look at it.”

There is just one problem with that assertion: like most of Trump’s statements, it wasn’t true. People in the crowd started sharing photos of empty seats at the rally, as did reporters who were covering the event.

It’s a trend apparently as more MAGA’s don’t show up — or leave early — from Trump rallies as Trump carries on about Hannibal Lecter, sharks, and windmills.

While Trump bragged that he had 100,000 people in attendance in Butler, Pennsylvania, over the weekend, a number was reportedly closer to 24,000.
