Two federal agents who opened fire on Mr. Petti, a 37-year-old nurse in Minneapolis, have been on leave since the shooting, an official with the Department of Homeland Security admitted today. When the agents return, they will not be allowed back out on the field and will be given desk roles, sources say.

Three more Congressional Democrats called for the impeachment of Kristi Noem, the homeland security secretary.
