Don’t let anyone tell you red wine is bad for you.
An older (77) French cyclist who went into town to pick up some wine slipped off the road and fell 130 feet into a ravine in the Cévennes mountain region in France.
Fortunately, the red vino did not break, and he was able to survive for THREE days just on wine alone.
Passing cars couldn’t hear his cries for help but when a road crew came out to do maintenance, they heard him and called in a rescue.
The chief medical officer, Laurent Savat, said the man was doing miraculously well, given his ordeal in a mountainous area with bad weather.
