‘Moon’ bears Buzz and Armstrong lived for 20 years in tiny cages on a bile farm in Vietnam, able to see each other but not touch.
Animals Asia rescued them two months ago, and the bear care teams worked with them to get them ready for the big moment.
Some communities believe bile from bears has medicinal healing powers.
But Animals Asia is working with the Vietnam government to end bear bile farming in Vietnam and will rescue the last few hundred bears who still remain on bile farms by 2026 to their sanctuary.
