
Created in collaboration with Spicy Hospitality Group, YASU Omakase is an ultra-focused, highly personal experience as each course is beautifully curated and prepared in front of you.
Starting with a nigiri progression served one piece at a time, rice serves as the narrative, using multiple Japanese short-grain rice expressions seasoned independently and paired intentionally with each phase of the omakase.
The hand-picked fish is seasoned delicately with house-made soy sauces (all sauces are made by the restaurant.)
