A preliminary classified U.S. report says the American bombing of Iran’s nuclear sites sealed off the entrances to two of the facilities but did not collapse their underground buildings.
The early findings conclude that the strikes over the weekend set back Iran’s nuclear program by only a few months, the officials said.
This despite Trump’s early claim:
“Monumental Damage was done to all Nuclear sites in Iran, as shown by satellite images. Obliteration is an accurate term! The white structure shown is deeply imbedded into the rock, with even its roof well below ground level, and completely shielded from flame,” Trump crowed on Truth Social.
